We process personal data only to the extent necessary to operate this website and to handle your enquiries and bookings.

• This website sets no cookies.
• We use no analytics, tracking or advertising services and no social media plugins.
• Fonts, images and videos are loaded from our own server. No connection is established to Google or any other third-party provider.

This website is hosted by [NAME UND ANSCHRIFT DES HOSTING-ANBIETERS]. Each time the website is accessed, the server automatically stores information transmitted by your browser (server log files):

• IP address of the requesting device
• Date and time of access
• Page or file accessed
• Previously visited page (referrer URL)
• Browser and operating system used

We need this data to provide the website securely and reliably and to fend off attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The log files are deleted after [ANZAHL] days. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.

If you contact us by email or phone, we process the details you provide (for example, your name, contact details and the subject of your enquiry) in order to handle your enquiry.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract or to steps taken prior to entering into a contract; otherwise, it is our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this.

The “Book a ride” form does not send any data to our server. When you click “Send request”, your email program opens with a prepared email to booking@agentur247.de. We only receive your details once you send this email yourself:

• Selected service
• Name and email address (mandatory)
• Phone number and number of passengers (optional)
• Pick-up location (mandatory) and destination (optional)
• Date (mandatory) and time (optional)

We use this information to prepare a quote for you and to plan the journey. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

For booked journeys, Meet & Assist, Porter Service and luggage deliveries, we process the data required for this purpose, such as passenger names, pick-up and destination addresses, flight numbers and arrival times. This data is only received by the persons carrying out the order, for example the assigned driver. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

We retain invoices and business correspondence for as long as commercial and tax law requires (up to 10 years, § 257 HGB – German Commercial Code, § 147 AO – German Fiscal Code). The legal basis for this is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. We then delete the data.

Your data is only received by parties we need in order to process your enquiry or carry out the order:

• IT service providers for hosting and email acting on our behalf (data processing pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR)
• The assigned drivers and, where we engage partner companies for an order (for example, for larger coaches or journeys outside Berlin), these partners
• In the case of a lounge booking, the lounge operator

Data is only transferred to countries outside the EU if this is necessary for a journey or service abroad that you have booked (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR).

You have the following rights at any time:

• Access to your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR)
• Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
• Erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
• Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
• Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)

Right to object: if we process your data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).

You are not obliged to provide us with personal data. However, we cannot process a booking request without the mandatory information. No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.
